Stretching approximately 250 kilometers, the canyon is among Europe’s largest, with distinctive travertine formations, caves, and grottoes adding to its striking scenery.
Today’s route covers 27 kilometers (17 miles), combining gentle adventure with time to appreciate the surrounding landscapes. As you glide along the river, keep an eye out for wildlife and settle into the peaceful rhythm of the water.

Spanning 50 feet in width and dropping 50 feet, its powerful cascades make a striking sight amid the picturesque surroundings.
Here, we’ll take time for a refreshing swim and enjoy the invigorating beauty of the falls.

Next, we’ll explore the picturesque ruins of Chervonohrod Castle, a site whose history stretches back to the 14th century. From a wooden fortress to a stone castle, it underwent repeated transformations and destruction through invasions and local uprisings. Today, its evocative remains offer a glimpse into a turbulent past, enriched by local legends.
In the late afternoon, we’ll take a two-hour drive to Kamianets-
Podilskyi and settle into the Ratusha Craft Rooms Hotel.

For lunch, we’ll unwind at Lounge Cafe Blomanje,

enjoying light bites, freshly brewed coffee, and tempting desserts in a stylish, welcoming setting—a relaxing break before the afternoon’s adventures.

With our minds full of history, it’s time to lift our spirits—literally! Later in the afternoon, we’ll take to the skies in a hot air balloon, drifting above Kamianets-Podilskyi for a breathtaking new perspective on the city.
The flight is weather-dependent. If conditions prevent us from flying this afternoon, we’ll aim for sunrise tomorrow, weather permitting.

Buzzing with excitement and impressions, we’ll head back to the hotel to unwind and anticipate delicious dining.

Continue your journey through history and treat your taste buds to authentic Ukrainian cuisine at Stara Fortetsya (Old Fortress), a charming restaurant nearby the castle. Indulge in hearty dishes like expertly prepared fish, and succulent ribeye, all at prices that won’t break the bank. Immerse yourself in the local peasant cuisine while enjoying a meal either indoors or al fresco.
