Roskolyada in Verkhovina is a vibrant celebration marking the conclusion of Christmas festivities
in the Hutsul tradition. It features lively caroling, traditional music, and colorful costumes, creating
a festive atmosphere that brings the community together to honor ancient customs and bid farewell
to the holiday season.

koliadky and shchedrivky (traditional carols) by locals in authentic folk costumes
along the scenic banks of the Chornyi Cheremosh River.
The festivities then give way to Vodohresha (Epiphany), a deeply spiritual event honoring
the baptism of Jesus Christ.
